• Connect the wrist strap cord to the instrument with the strap on the wrist; press gently on the metal sensor of the wrist strap tester. The instrument comes on automatically when this is done.   INTRODUCTION:
  Wrist straps and ESD footwear’s are the first line of defense against
  electrostatic charges built up on the human body. They are designed to carry
  away this charge as soon as it is generated. At the same time wrist strap/foot
  wear must remain electrically safe for the user. Thus, it is important to test
  every wrist strap / footwear regularly.
  The wrist straps and foot wear tester checks these parameters under actual
  operating conditions with the strap on the wrist or foot wear on the foot. It
  clearly indicates Ok or Not. The resistance of the wrist strap/foot wear system
  including the wearer is at least 0.75 Meg ohms and not more than 10 Meg
  ohms/100 Meg ohms respectively.
  FOR CHECKING WRIST STRAP:

  resistance of the foot wears falls with in the acceptable range (0.75 - to 100
  Meg Ohms), This is indicated by green (pass) LED lighting up.

• The humidity indicator dots will change color as the relative humidity increases in the volume of air surrounding the indicator
• The humidity indicator dots are reversible, and the changed dots will back to original color when the volume of the air is dried
• The humidity indicator shows the most accurate value when the temperature is 23°C
• Store humidity indicator cards in original sealed iron can. Immediately seal the can after every opening. The dot shows normal color before usage
